An original Norwegian kveik strain from a farmhouse in Gjernes, Norway. Gjernes’s Voss offers distinct orange-citrus notes throughout its wide fermentation temperature range. The result pairs well with fruity aromas and tastes from modern hops. Ester level increases with fermentation temperature while no noticeable phenols and fusel alcohols are detected.
