Ideal for Belgian Saison-style beers and is characterized by a
particularly high attenuation.

It gives fruity aromas with a spicy
character, particularly cloves.

This strain will produce highly
refreshing and drinkable beers.

Total Superior Alcohols:     180 ppm at 13.5ºP at 20ºC in EBC tubes
Residual Sugars:                   0g/L – corresponding to an apparent attenuation of 90%

Fermentation Temp:           ideally 64.4 – 82.4ºF
Dosage Instructions:           50 – 80 g/hl
Storage:                                 Store in cool (< 50ºF), dry conditions
